Preparing Your Items For Drop-Off
We accept new and like-new clothing and accessories in sizes large (12) and up. There is no upper limit to the sizes we accept for shoes or clothing.
✔ Items must be freshly laundered (unless new with tags).
✔ Bring your items folded in a bag, box, or bin you do not want back.
✔ Call ahead if you need to bring something in on a hanger.
✔ You may consign up to 25 items once per consignment period.

Quality Standards
All items must be in new or excellent condition and have been freshly laundered (unless new) and completely free of:
✔ Stains or discoloration
✔ Lint, pet hair, or fabric pilling
✔ Rips, tears, or worn-out areas
✔ Odors (smoke, mildew, etc.)
✔ Wrinkles
✔ Missing or broken buttons, snaps, and zippers
Seasonal Consignment Guidelines
Mountain weather can be unpredictable, and many people travel to and from places with different climates. For that reason, we have very soft seasons that change gradually rather than all at once. We discount and remove seasonal items in waves to allow maximum time for our shoppers to find them. Our seasons are based on excluding items that are not likely to sell well in a season, so if an item is not listed as an excluded item for a season, we consider it an ALL-SEASON ITEM.

➡ Swimwear Exception: We accept NEW or LIKE-NEW swim tops and New-With-Tags swim bottoms & suits.
